- Proof of Damage:
- Customers must provide clear proof of damage to the item.
- A video recording of the unpacking process is mandatory to validate claims.
- Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
How to Submit a Claim

- Provide Required Details:
- Order number.
- Description of the damage.
- A video recording of the unpacking clearly showing the damaged product.
- Review Process:
- Our team will review your submission and notify you of the outcome within 2-3 business days.
Refund or Replacement Process
- If Approved:
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Replacements: A new item will be dispatched as per availability.
- Return Shipping:
- For approved claims, we will arrange for the product return or cover return shipping costs, if necessary.
Important Notes
- Refunds or replacements will not be granted if:
- A video of the unpacking process is not provided.
- The damage is reported outside the stipulated time frame.
- Damage occurs due to improper handling or usage after delivery.
- No Refund or Replacement is applicable for reasons unrelated to damage (e.g., dislike of the product, size issues, etc.).
